One Big Tip To Become a Better Traveler

I am sure you would agree that figuring out how to take all your stuff” with you when you travel can be quite challenging at times. Thinking about packing for the trip amounts to thinking about what you should pack, or how much you should pack, and how you are going to fit it all in your luggage! When you are compiling your list, you think about the length of your trip and what you can fit into your bag. Beyond that, it serves to think about how you will make use of and carry your belongings once you have gotten to your destination point?

Things that would not affect you when you are at home can become quite the issue once you are out and about. This raises the question: From a gear” standpoint, how does one become a better traveler? Certainly, you can get better over time and are able to get better at packing, but what can you really do to make your travelling experience that much easier?

At BrightLine Bags, we have collected and organized advice from other travelers all around the world, and have discovered the one BIG tip everyone needs to know to become a better traveler:

Versatile Organization!

Having an organized and efficiently-packed bag that can easily be reconfigured from trip to trip, or even during the time span of any given trip, will save you time and stress during the most hectic moments of your vacation or business trip.

That’s why we created modular gear bags, called the FLEX System, that help to better organize travelers on the go. There has never been a more versatile bag out there for you that allows you tolearn to better organize, mobilize and utilize all of your gear. Our modular FLEX System gear bags allow you to have a variety of options from a just a handful of well-engineered parts that can be combined in different ways to allow you to build dozens of different bags that are most suitable for the circumstances of the trip at hand.

Of course, traveling by its nature can be a daunting task, but imagine if you had the right bag at your side? Think about how much stress this would eliminate related to packing your bags before departure.

If today’s trip is a short one that does not include an overnight stay, then it is likely that your daily bag, a man-purse” for the guys, or a purse/tote bag for the women, which would normally just be taken back and forth to the office, might well suffice. Your daily bag has your necessary and personal items such as your iPad and it’s cords and cables and chargers, along with your eyeglasses, car keys, phone, sunglasses, Chapstick, pens, etc..

When it comes to convenience, and change for the better, the B‑Zero SLIM is the perfect gear bag for basic technology items and standard personal items. You would have the ability to organize all your smaller items into this slim fitting bag, where you will have everything with you no matter what. To top it all off, this configuration comes with a shoulder strap for an easy grab-and-go scenario. The B0 SLIM is the ideal starting point because it then allows you to add and remove space in your bag just by adding different center sections as part of the FLEX System.

But let’s say you are going on a more involved trip, in which you may also need to do some more involved work. You will want to include your laptop into the mix of things. Usually, your laptop device would have its own set of dedicated gear such as a power supply, power cord, mouse, backup hard drive, display cables, adapter cables, etc. That set of gear can be separately organized and completely self-contained in the CS2 center section, which ideally could be organized into a FLEX Array Kit inside the CS2. With the mobility of these bags, you are able to just add the CS2 to the initial B0 SLIM bag when necessary, which then turns the configuration into the B2 COMPUTE, and off you go. The B2 COMPUTE is the FLEX System computer bag’ and is perfect for you when you are looking for a small, efficient way to carry your essentials along with your laptop gear. The beauty about this configuration is that you can leave the CS2 center section with your laptop items behind when you don’t necessarily need them.

Or, what about this – if you are faced with a multi-day trip, perhaps pitching your products to potential clients, for example, how will you manage the necessary gear? Imagine having a place to store all your test equipment, sample products, or even a change of clothes if that is what you will need for that day?

With the BrightLine Bags FLEX System bags, you can just simply add another center section to your bag, giving you just the right amount of storage for your exact needs. The beauty of these center sections is that they can go in-between a front cap and a rear cap, and the center sections can also attach to each other, making versatile organization for yourself that much simpler.

And finally, for the times when you are faced with an even more involved, or longer trip, you can choose to add on the nifty CS11 center section to really add extended space for additional gear, clothing, or food! And again, you can choose to leave some or all of the center sections behind in the car or in the Hotel room and go to you meeting with just the B0 SLIM, or the B2 COMPUTE. It doesn’t get much easier or nicer than that.

Having all the gear you need, when you need it, has never been so easy or functional. Your gear world is truly modular, so your gear bag should be modular as well.

Another way that this modularity can come into play is when your gear world consists of two or more well-defined sets of gear that you need to go between from one trip to the next. You might need different sets of gear for different projects and you would know ahead of time which set of gear would be necessary. With the BrightLine Bags modular FLEX System, you can organize and pre-load” different sets of gear into different center sections and side pockets which you then have the ability to zip on or off depending on the nature of the trip.

Of course, business trips don’t have to be entirely about business. You’ll probably have a few hours to yourself between meetings or at the end of the day, or maybe even a whole day or two. Wouldn’t it be nice to take that time to do a little photography, or take a few videos with your drone? The beauty of BrightLine Bags is the ability to just zip on a module with the specific gear you want to play with and you’re good to go. Truly, BrightLine bags offers you a different approach when it comes to your packing game! With the FLEX System, you can Pick your Parts. Build your Bag”.

There is no other bag that allow you to organize, mobilize, and utilize your gear in such a versatile way as BrightLine Bags. The modular FLEX System was designed with people like you in mind.
